Ascend Healthcare is pleased to announce additional partnerships going into 2024! Over the past 12 months, our organization has experienced significant growth, driven by a shared vision of enhancing access to mental healthcare for all individuals in need.
We extend heartfelt gratitude to some of our original collaborative partners, namely NOAH and
Adelante, whose support has been pivotal in enabling our teams to extend services to their patient networks.
In addition to our existing partnerships, we are thrilled to announce new collaborations with
Canyonlands Community Health Center in Arizona and our expansion into California through Open Door Community Health.
Presently, Ascend Healthcare is delivering behavioral health services to 9 Community Health Centers across Arizona, California, and New York. Ascend is currently working within nearly 100 individual health centers!
