Edmond L. Baker Jr. MD serves as the Chief Medical Officer of Ascend Telemedicine bring his experience from working in the FQHC and rural health systems. Dr. Baker recognizes that access to care is a major problem in the health deserts in both rural and urban America. Dr. Baker has a special interest in helping those suffering with Opioid addiction using a collaborative medical/behavioral approach using the technology of telemedicine.
RAHSAAN LINDSEY, MD
Board Certified Psychiatrist, Psychiatric Medical Director, Ascend Telemedicine
Dr. Rahsaan Lindsey is a Board Certified psychiatrist who has extensive experience in child and adolescent, adult, addiction, and sports medicine. He is the team psychiatrist for both the Arizona Diamondbacks and Arizona Cardinals. He has served as the Medical Director for UPC which is the largest psychiatric crisis center in Arizona. Additionally, Dr. Lindsey is the Co-Unit Attending Physician for the Detoxification Unit at Banner Behavioral Health Hospital.
JAMES WILLIAMS, MD
Board Certified Pediatrician, Medical Director, Ascend Telemedicine
Dr. James Williams is a Board Certified Pediatrician in Nogales, Arizona. He is affiliated with Carondelet Holy Cross Hospital and TMC HealthCare and is the Pediatric Medical Director of Ascend Telemedicine.
LAURA BARKET, DO
Board Certified in Adult Psychiatry & Addiction Medicine
Dr. Laura Barket is Board Certified in addiction and emergency psychiatry. She graduated from the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2013. Currently, Dr. Barket provides clinical services at Unity Behavioral Health and works as an Associate Professor of Psychiatry, School of Medicine for Oregon Health & Science University.
DANIEL BRIDGER, DO
Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physician
Dr. Daniel Bridger is a board certified emergency medicine physician in Boise, Idaho. He graduated with honors from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2009, and is licensed to practice medicine in Idaho, Arizona, and Oregon. Dr. Bridger is the Urgent Care Medical Director for St. Alphonsus Medical Group where he oversees 8 Urgent Cares throughout the state of Idaho. Additionally, he is Chief Resident at Michigan State University who is passionate about providing top quality care to patients in need.
